Shona started her career as a solicitor in a community legal centre working on delicate family violence and parenting matters. Shona has practiced in family law since admission and is passionate about providing family law services with empathy, respect and advice that suits the clients legal and personal needs.
Shona is a proud member of Tarrwiri, the Indigenous Law Students and lawyers Assoociation of Victoria since 2022 and has worked on sensitive advice for First Nations clients for family and criminal law matters.
Real Person
Shona enjoys cooking and the rewards of devouring delicious food. She is an art lover of baroque renaissance artists and is a huge muso. Her favourite band is Bring me The Horizon and she has seen them in concert every time they have come to Australia; she even caught a guitar pic once. However, Shona has recently entered her DJ era and is learning to play the decs. Shona has a miniature dachshund called ‘Happy’ but do not be fooled by her name, she is often grumpy.
